Warranty: All Valke Marine RIBs carry comprehensive warranties as follows: Tenders and PVC Ribs - 2 years fabric, hull and manufacturing defects. Hypalon 1100 RIBs - 3 years fabric, hull and manufacturing defects. Hypalon 1670 RIBs - 5 years fabric, hull and manufacturing defects. Warranty exclusions include but not limited to: damage caused by accident, misuse and/or lack of care and maintenance. Commercial use warranties are available by negotiation dependant on application.

Delivery: If a boat is not in stock and/or is a special order to a customer specification - a delivery of 6-8 weeks will be required from placement of order and receipt of 20% deposit. There will be a UK road delivery charge from the closest Valke Marine depot to the dealer or end user. Quotation available on request.

Payment: All boats must be paid for in full on or prior to delivery to dealer or end user. A deposit of 20% is due with order of the full amount of package to include boat, engine, accessories, electronics, rigging and delivery. At least 10 working days notice will be given prior to the final delivery date and the 80% balance becomes due at this time together with sales VAT and a final invoice will be issued. Cancellation of orders are only accepted in writing and on full forfeit of deposit paid. Valke Marine, Icefox Ltd reserve the right to charge additional cancellation charges up to 20% (in total 40%) if engines, accessories or other 3rd party items cannot be returned to the supplier.
